Download Problems

The downloading of files from this site has been extensively tested with multiple operating systems and different browsers.

There are a number of potential reasons for download problems, but the most common ones relate to Adobe Acrobat Reader attempting to open the document inside your browser's window. This can fail because the document is too big for the memory allocated by your operating system or because of problems with the installation of Adobe Acrobat Reader or the browser. Another potential problem is that the version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is not fully compatible with the version of your browser or the version of your operating system.

Please go HERE if you need to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Please go HERE for troubleshooting information from Adobe. You can configure Acrobat Reader so that it opens documents in its own window.
